The process of turning coconut shells into Activated carbon is also called charring or pyrolysis. Here is the step by step details of this process.

Step
The process begins with coconut shells which are sourced for our unique process.

Coconuts are (heated) charred in a reactor. Methane & VOC gases are captured & converted into thermal energy.

The coconut char is rotated in kiln. This produces Activated Carbon.

Granular Activated Carbon & Carbon Block. High performance GAC is produced and converted into consumer products.
